This is a site I put together to show my Mame arcade cabinet.

Its a fairly new concept of creating a cabinet that houses a pc and is connected to real arcade controls (and yes even coin slots). With the emulation software you can pretty much play any 2d arcade game ever made. From the oldest of old like Pacman, Donkey Kong, and Tron to the newer games like Street Fighter 2,and all the NeoGeo games plus a whole lot more.

The effect is quite convincing when you play the games on the cabinet. Using The emulation software MAME, you can play over 3000 games!! This project took me about 3 weeks to do at a cost of about $1500. The hardest part is getting the aracde joysticks and buttons to interface with the pc. This is solved by using a keyboard emulator. The keyboard emulator fools the computer into thinking that a button or joystick movement is a keystroke on the keyboard.
